We called Mark from Sentinal Locksmiths for a quote to install a new lock on a door and key three separate locks to the same as the new lock. Dealing with Mark was professional from the onset. His communication was excellent, he arrived on time, gave us a choice of door handles so that the new one would match existing handles. Mark not only did a fantastic job on all locks, but he also rectified an issue with a front door lock at no extra charge. Exceptional service, very clean, excellent demeanor, exactly what you want when dealing with a trade. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone requiring a locksmith service, we will definitely use him again and recommend via word of mouth to friends and associated. Recently moved to Melton and booked Mark due to the great reviews on here and I wasn't disappointed. Mark is by far the best tradesmen I've ever had to do a job for me. He takes complete pride in his work, not only rekeyed my locks but serviced them at the same time and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly several times, wasn't in a rush to just quickly do the job grab the cash and get out like most tradies, He even fixed the bottom of my security door and letterbox for nothing. His work is flawless and a true gentleman. If you need a locksmith you can't go past Mark. I would be more than happy for anyone to reply me here and ask me any further info if needed. Mark saved me not once but twice. He is the most professional locksmith you could ask for in a desperate time of need. He knows his craft extremely well. He doesn’t just break locks to gain entry he understands how to pick all types of locks and saves you having to spend on another lock. The first time I locked a dog I was dog sitting at the owners house with no other option to feed the dog. Second time Mark saved me was when I locked myself out of my warehouse and he came out with little notice and helped me gain entry. Previous locksmiths I’ve used have broken the locks and charged me over 900$ + 400$ to replace. Mark picked my existing lock and that was it. ~ edmond k
I want to let you know how pleased we are with the service we received from Mark of Sentinal Locksmiths. I live in Aintree (Western Melb Suburb). He arrived at the scheduled time and immediately go about his business in a professional and timely manner. I have no reason to use another locksmith like Mark as I was never disappointed with his service. This was my first time with a locksmith and will highly recommend Mark and Sentinal Locksmiths to everyone. Mark was very kind, very efficient, very attentive and very professional. I appreciate that he explained everything before he began to work on my issue (Gainsborough Trilock Double Cylinder leverset). Mark explain the lock’s mechanism and broke down what needed to be done and the after affects of what he would do today. Excellent experience, highly recommend. Professional and seems expert at his craft. We arranged in advance for him to meet us at our new house when we got the keys and he assessed all of our locks, recommended a strategy and then executed by rekeying all of our locks. I was glad that he didn't have to replace any of the locks, just rekey. Possibly my favourite part is how smooth all of the locks are with the keys he cut for us. No jiggling required - it's honestly a pleasure each time I open a lock. Would definitely use Mark again for any locksmith needs. ~ Miriam G
Mark came to our house after dealing with what can only be described as scammers who had been to the house to fix a lock the night before. He was incredibly understanding and sympathetic to the ordeal we had gone through with another company who over charged us by hundreds of dollars for a job that wasn’t finished or even started. He explained how he was going to complete the job and showed me what needed fixing clearly. I felt confident that he would be able to fix what needed to be fixed and he did. Along the way he had me check the locks to make sure I was happy with how they were working. The end fee was incredibly reasonable (hundreds less than the scam company!) His work was brilliant but after going through what we had, I felt embarrassed and stupid so it mattered more to me that Mark told me that what happened to us has happened to countless others. So while his work is exceptional the experience was made better by him being a kind and understanding person also. ~ Alex P

Mark is amazing! He was able to visit us the same day that I called to check out our lock. He explained everything to us, we then asked if he could add additional locks to some difficult doors in our our house. Mark was able to source locks that matched and returned the next week to install them. He installed the new locks seamlessly and we are so happy with the result! Mark was fantastic. You can really tell he takes pride in his work, as he took the extra time to make sure everything was perfect. I moved into an older property and wanted to replace some of the locks and rekey the others. He took the time to explain everything, and went above and beyond, also correcting the loose fit on the existing locks, so the doors latch firmly now. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend Mark. Honest, efficient and friendly service. Sliding doors and security sliders all keyed alike after previous owners supplied us with a bag of random keys that didn't work in any doors.
