Customer's reviews
We called Mark from Sentinal Locksmiths for a quote to install a new lock on a door and key three separate locks to the same as the new lock. Dealing with Mark was professional from the onset. His communication was excellent, he arrived on time, gave us a choice of door handles so that the new one would match existing handles. Mark not only did a fantastic job on all locks, but he also rectified an issue with a front door lock at no extra charge. Exceptional service, very clean, excellent demeanor, exactly what you want when dealing with a trade.
We would highly recommend Mark to anyone requiring a locksmith service, we will definitely use him again and recommend via word of mouth to friends and associated.
Thanks again Mark for a fantastic job.

Called last night for an emergency, my door didn’t lock, I live alone and I felt incredibly unsafe. He wasn’t my first call, but he was the first one that wasn’t rude to me over the phone, and explained multiple problems it could be, and what he could do if he didn’t have the parts to fix it that night so I was at least safe overnight! He drove around 45 minutes to get to me, fixed it, and helped me with another door that had been bothering me. I do not feel like I was overcharged whatsoever, and given the situation, he easily could’ve charged FAR more if he was someone that wanted to rip another off!!! I’m also fearful of men and this man was incredibly lovely and I didn’t feel unsafe with him in my home, he didn’t know that so extra points for not making me feel scared of his presence. All around lovely and professional man, recommend 100%, I won’t be using anyone else again!

Recently moved to Melton and booked Mark due to the great reviews on here and I wasn't disappointed. Mark is by far the best tradesmen I've ever had to do a job for me. He takes complete pride in his work, not only rekeyed my locks but serviced them at the same time and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly several times, wasn't in a rush to just quickly do the job grab the cash and get out like most tradies, He even fixed the bottom of my security door and letterbox for nothing. His work is flawless and a true gentleman. If you need a locksmith you can't go past Mark. I would be more than happy for anyone to reply me here and ask me any further info if needed. Thanks Mark really appreciate your work and your time.
